Job Description:

  • Engage with unmanaged global accounts provided on an assigned basis to build relationships, profile the company, technology, industry and competitive footprint
  • Manage, nurture and convert prospect companies and/or inbound marketing inquiries into sales leads (including cold calling).
  • Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned child accounts with documented account plans
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client's products, license/services offerings, and ability to articulate the messages to customers.
  • Close sync with sales team to ensure leads are converted into sales opportunities and closed loop with Sales Process to ensure 100% Close/Deploy stage.
  • Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational frameworks.
  • Maintain, update and accurately enter sales information and activity in CRM system.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with 1-year minimum lead gen, sales and account management experience within the IT industry.
  • Awareness and knowledge within the IT/telecoms products, services, and market.
  • Experienced B2B salesperson with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently in fast paced high call volume telesales environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines.
  • Understand BANT requirement.
  • Business communication skills bother verbally and written in English and Thai.
