About the role

INFOPRO Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and oversee the development and implementation of our cutting-edge Payment and Digital Solutions. As a Technical Lead in this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our innovative financial technology products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the Payment and Digital Solutions development teams
  2. Designing and developing scalable, secure, and user-friendly financial technology solutions
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery
  4. Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a positive and productive team environment
  5. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  7. Continuously optimising system performance, reliability, and security

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within the financial technology or banking industry
  2. Extensive expertise in the design and development of payment processing systems, SWIFT, RTGS, RPP, digital banking platforms, and eBanking solutions
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, including API integration, cloud computing, and data analytics
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate and address technical challenges
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  7. Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams
