Humanics is looking for a Junior Art Director who is a visual thinker, a storyteller, a maker, a doer, a craft-crazy individual, and an awards-hungry beast. Owning the creative process from ideation through to world-class execution. You can handle anything from creating bold new concepts to visual communication for multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute creative ideas from concept through to execution, ensuring the highest level of visual quality and adherence to brand strategy.
  • Develop a range of ideas and creative executions in a period of time.
  • The ability to sell through creative presentations, which tie together multimedia channels and customer experiences.
  • Create innovative, culturally relevant creative solutions to solve our clients' marketing challenges, putting the consumer first.
  • Stay current on art direction trends, culture, and bring inspiring external insight into the work.
  • Work collaboratively with Designers, Copywriters, and Technologists to build exceptional user and brand experiences
  • An entrepreneurial-spirited, solution-oriented individual who rises to any challenge.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of agency experience or in a similar role.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing storytelling, conceptual, and executional skills in integrated campaigns, as well as dynamic creative content.
  • Impeccable interactive and digital art direction and design skills, and can design multiple formats.
  • Solid presentation skills and demonstrated ability to run a meeting.
  • Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clients.
  • Passion for ideas, creativity, visual communication, design, and storytelling through content.
  • Proficiency with popular design and multimedia software.
  • Experience designing content that is social in nature.
  • Ability to direct content that provokes engagement.
  • A healthy respect for deadlines and the drive to see projects through to completion.
