Job Description:

  • Oversee work of nursing department in a wellness centre and supervise all medical and laboratory services as per clients requirement base on physician's recommendations.
  • Assist in recruitment of nursing staff and provide required training for same.
  • Administer all nursing services provided and ensure compliance to all MOH guidelines.
  • Handle duty roster for nursing team to ensure manpower coverage.
  • Maintain and update nursing team records and APC.
  • Perform cannulation and operate devices of wellness services, ensure prompt, high quality service and pleasant experiences of clients.
  • Recording client's vital signs and medical information.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete health care records and reports.
  • Participate in the daily operations of the wellness centre.
  • Reminds clients of their appointment and update appointment records.
  • Record and follow up on client's treatment package balances.
  • Prepare the client's report in advance and pass to the physician before meeting the client.
  • Check equipment before conducting any treatment.
  • Giving brief explanation before serving client.
  • Issue of invoices and handle collections.
  • Perform stock take.
  • Liaise with appointed laboratory for related matters.
  • Execute tasks under the guidance and supervision of physician or manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the health screening programs
  • Perform cannulation and operate devices of wellness services, ensure prompt, high quality service and pleasant experiences of clients
  • Recording client's vital signs and medical information
  • Maintaining accurate and complete health care records and reports
  • Participate in the daily operations of the wellness centre
  • Reminds clients of their appointment and update appointment records
  • Record and follow up on client's treatment package balances
  • Prepare the client's report in advance and pass to the physician before meeting the client
  • Check equipment before conducting any treatment
  • Giving brief explanation before serving client
  • Issue of invoices and handle collections
  • Perform stock take
  • Liaise with appointed laboratory for related matters
  • Respond to government officials during on-site inspections
  • Execute tasks under the guidance and supervision of physician or manager

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs
  • Continue professional development activities

Requirement:

Mandarin speaker with not less than 5 years working experience.
