SEM FB/IG Client Success Executive (WFH) (Remote)

Job Highlights

·       Remote role, open to anyone living/residing in Malaysia

·       Conduct the full FB campaign setup (process & training provided): From ad copy to video ad scripts to working with designer to develop video

·       SEM optimisation

·       FB video ads ideation and development (process & training provided)

Job Scope & Description

Immediate responsibilities:

·       Manage client's SEM and FB/IG marketing campaigns

·       Required to conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands

·       Manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels, optimize biddings and measure paid advertising performance analytics

·       Work together with designer on developing and optimising landing pages

·       Briefing / art directing designer on creating high converting video ads

Process and training will be provided for the first 2 months

Opportunities for growth (depending on candidate's ability):

·       Learn how to create a high converting landing page and direct response sales funnel

·       Learn how to create high converting video ads with AI

·       Able to answer common FAQs given by clients on a 9am-6pm basis via WhatsApp chat support

Requirements:

Must have:

·       Required language(s): English

·       Minimum 1 year experience with SEM or similar roles

·       Proficient in English

·       Familiar with Google Ads and Meta dashboard

·       Composure in dealing with clients

Good to have:

·       Proficiency with analytics and PPC platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager

·       Basic understanding of WordPress or other content management systems

·       Basic video editing skills
