  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage documentation, filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external parties, vendors, and service providers.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
