Administrative Executive

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage documentation, filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.
- Liaise with internal departments, external parties, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
