Core Competency Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient (written & spoken) in English.
- Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening and directing phone calls to relevant personnel.
- Arrange for dispatch & receiving parcel/courier.
- Greetings all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide full cooperation in assisting students or visitors with any enquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a neat and professional appearance.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings with counselors
- Provide routine secretarial assistance in all administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining student records.
- To assist Student Services Department on all administrative tasks as needed.
- To support in Student Welfare / Affair activities, Orientation and Graduation Ceremonies.
- Assist in student admission administrative
- Undertake any other important duties and entrusted responsibilities as when the need arises.
