The Role:

As a Senior Brand Executive/Brand Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee our marketing campaigns + strategies, company branding, and brand partnerships. We welcome candidates of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us

What You'll Do:

1. Oversee the planning of marketing strategies, campaign operations, and program optimization

2. Plan, coordinate, and support marketing initiatives (online campaigns, activation, events, talks, roadshows, etc.)

3. Identify brand partnership opportunities and develop related marketing and promotional initiatives

4. Develop and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, and other marketing materials

5. Collaborate with business units and vendors to execute marketing and promotional initiatives

6. Conduct market research and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and campaign improvements.

7. Track, report, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs and analytics.

8. Additional ad-hoc tasks

Who You Are:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Account/Client Servicing, or a related field

2. Independent, collaborative, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the capability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

4. Availability to work during weekends for events or roadshows, when required

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid. You will be working closely with our Group Marketing Manager, Content Creator, Art Director, and Sales Managers.
