Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Executive located in Shah Alam. The Hiring Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The role also involves working closely with department heads to understand recruitment needs, creating job descriptions, and implementing effective hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Ability to create job descriptions and implement hiring strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
