Job description:

We are a small company based in Bukit OUG, Kuala Lumpur, specializing in waterproofing and home maintenance/repair services. We deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for residential and commercial properties.

We are looking for a friendly, confident salesperson who enjoys talking to people and can help us grow our customer base, and if you have experience in property maintenance or building repair services, we definitely want to hear from you

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new customers through, phone calls, site visits, referrals, social media, and online enquiries
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for painting, waterproofing, renovation, home repair, and maintenance works
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct basic site assessments to understand customer requirements before quoting
  • Assist with site operation needs, including purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring jobsite progress
  • Work closely with the operations team/workers to ensure smooth and timely job completion
  • Assist in daily administrative and sales tasks
  • Create and manage simple online advertisements via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to generate leads
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma qualification or above
  • Experience in painting, waterproofing, renovation, home repair or general maintenance is an added advantage
  • Registered with CIDB as a construction personnel is desirable
  • Sales experience in related industries is preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to prepare quotations and understand basic site conditions
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese are added advantages)
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising (IG/FB/WhatsApp)
  • Own transport is required
