主要职责 / Key Responsibilities:

  • 制定市场推广计划,实现销售收入、毛利及业务目标。
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve revenue, GP, and business targets.
  • 建立并管理客户和供应商关系,推动业务合作。
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • 策划和执行技术日、研讨会、线上活动及其他推广活动。
  • Plan and execute Tech Days, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.
  • 协助销售及FAE进行客户拜访,推动关键项目及订单成交。
  • Support Sales and FAEs in customer visits and drive key projects and order closures.
  • 管理产品线库存及相关流程(RFQs、样品、客户机会登记等)。
  • Manage product line inventory and related processes (RFQs, samples, opportunity registrations).
  • 定期汇报市场及销售成果,确保策略落地。
  • Report marketing and sales performance regularly to management.

任职要求 / Qualifications:

  • 电子/电气工程学士或文凭,至少5年半导体分销、直销或产品管理经验。
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in semiconductor distribution, direct sales, or product management.
  • 熟悉电子元件及应用知识优先。
  • Knowledge of electronic components and applications is a plus.
  • 自我驱动、结果导向,能在压力下完成目标。
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under pressure.
  • 出色的沟通、谈判、分析及演示能力。
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint及办公软件。
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • 中文流利,可与中国客户有效沟通。
  • Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with China clients.
  • 能适应跨文化及跨时区工作环境。
  • Comfortable working across cultures and multiple time zones.
