Who You Are:

Intern – Finance (Record to Report)

Position Summary:

Perform accounting / costing function such as fixed assets, general ledger, recording, analysis and reporting accounting data. Performs special studies and analysis for use by management.

What You Will Do:

1.   Support share service activity.

2.   Support audit related matters

3.   Support weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Corporate / management  reporting

4.   Perform accounting functions such as:

a. Prepare journal entry

b. Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation

c. Follow up on long age and outstanding issue.

d. Perform fixed assets related transaction

e. Perform clearing on BS item.

f. Perform internal controls self assessment

g. Actively involve in ad-hoc project and assignment.

h. Support internal / external audit request

5.   Assist management in various ad-hoc analyses and reporting.

6.   Perform ICS independent testing  to ensure compliance to ICS requirement.

1.     Possess excellent financial analytical skills, result oriented and fast learner

2.     Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.

3.     Excellent in communication, proactive, self-motivated and good team player.

4.     Possess excellent excel skills and familiar with advanced ERP system
