Job Description:

  • Schedule live stream hosts according to their availability, rescheduling as needed.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of live-streaming events, including scheduling, content preparation, and real-time monitoring on Facebook/Tik Tok Live.
  • Collaborate with live stream hosts to track, monitor, and analyze livestream performance using insights and analytics.
  • Share creative ideas with live stream hosts to attract and engage the audience.
  • Stay updated on live-streaming trends and best practices on both platforms to continuously enhance content quality and audience interaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in E-Commerce or live stream operations on platforms like Facebook or TikTok is a plus.
  • Minimum education level: Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift basis (9am - 6pm / 2pm - 11pm).
