Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Duties:
- Handle staff recruitment process including posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Manage staff attendance, leave applications, and roster scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Handle staff onboarding, briefing, and training coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in daily clinic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
- Coordinate maintenance or service requests for clinic equipment and facilities.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with external vendors.
- Support clinic operations by assisting in scheduling, billing, and patient record updates (if required).
- Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
