About the role

We are seeking a driven and accomplished Sales Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and securing lucrative contracts for our logistics services. This is a contract position, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your sales prowess and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify potential prospects to develop new business.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by post, telephone and personal visits.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to the Management.
  • To research and survey the market and local industries for customer activities intel, competitor actions and analyze market impact/situations.
  • Develop business strategy to attract and secure customers to establish long term business relationship and ensure continuous renewals.
  • Conduct analysis and studies to identify sales growth and potential businesses.

  • To achieve sales KPI given by superior and also by the Management (RM4000 Domestic and RM500 International per month)
  • To focus in strengthening and maintaining re-buys customers through engagements, visitations, promotions and coordination with Os, Customer Service and other relevant departments.
  • Quick to identify market changes, trends, swiftly penetrating into new potential accounts and customers.
  • Servicing existing customer accounts, assisting on consignments monitoring and coordination with operations and other internal cross functional departments to ensure seamless pickup and delivery service / performance to grow existing customers accounts.
  • To be involved in ad-hoc tasks (admin/ops) as and when assigned by superior.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year experience in sales / marketing / business development role with proven track records.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is a pre-requisite.
  • Possess own transport with D license and willing to travel to do sale.
  • Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
