We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across social media platforms, responding to customer support emails, and providing basic troubleshooting for app-related issues. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting marketing efforts online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media and email
  • Assist with app-related issues and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
  • Manage content scheduling and engagement on social media.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve app and marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors to update menu pricing and details in the app and POS system.
  • Issue vouchers for promotions, refunds, or compensation.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (an advantage).
  • Comfortable working with mobile app interfaces, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or helpdesk tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays on a rotational basis when campaigns are active.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
