What you'll be doing?

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of company-wide goals related to manufacturing, system engineering, and operational excellence.
• Process Enhancement: Identify and spearhead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while adhering to medical device regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and maintain OPEX systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Team Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team in industrial engineering and operational excellence.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic project goals and progress.

Who are they looking for?
