About the Role

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance, productivity, and efficiency of our sales representatives, as well as ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customer service, and distribution teams. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the sales representative team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, workflows, and best practices to maximise productivity and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales reps to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the distribution and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with key customers, addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving any sales-related issues promptly
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
  • Coverage area including Melaka, Muar and Segamat.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales operations, sales management, or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and implement improvement strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and relevant software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
