RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Support the team with basic technical tasks (e.g., documentation).
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, or technical materials.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Shadow senior team members to understand technical workflows.
  • Ask questions and be open to learning new things.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of workshop.
  • Cooperate and communicate between team members, government agencies, vendors, subcontractor and client to ensure effective working process until completion.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management level.
  • Preparation of tender documents (Protege under Contract Management).
  • Preparation of documentation for IRIS certification (Protege under Contract Management).
  • Reviewing and supervising vendor claim submissions (Protege under Contract Management).
  • Monitoring and registering incoming and outgoing letters (Protege under Contract Management).
  • Take on ad hoc tasks that may arise, such as project support from supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Contract Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients and external.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and an understanding of office software and tools.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks.
