- Social Media Management: Fully responsible for managing and updating all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Daily Content: Create, post, and manage engaging daily stories and feed content to promote services, highlight results, and drive client interest.
- Campaign Development: Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative marketing promotions and ideas (e.g., seasonal deals, loyalty programs).
- Graphic Design: Design visually appealing social media posts, stories, and promotional flyers using design tools (e.g., Canva, or similar).
Engagement: Monitor social media activity, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
Client Communication: Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls, replying promptly to client messages received via WhatsApp, direct messages on social media, and email.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, including booking, rescheduling, and confirmation, ensuring the treatment schedule is optimized.
- Client Records: Accurately update and maintain confidential client records and service history.
- Sales Support: Process payments, handle retail product transactions, and assist clients with general inquiries about services and products.
- Lobby Presentation: Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
Requirements: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and/or a front-desk/admin role is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for client interaction and content writing).
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., experience with Canva or similar tools).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
