Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support daily financial operations and maintain strong communication with our banking partners. The role involves handling banking transactions, trade facilities, and financial documentation, ensuring smooth coordination between banks and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily banking activities, including deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with banks on trade facilities such as LCs, TTs, bank guarantees, and loan arrangements.
  • Prepare, submit, and track documentation for trade facilities, loan drawdowns, and related applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all banking and facility transactions in the accounting system.
  • Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and cash flow management for the division.
  • Monitor facility utilization and support financial forecasting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and banking regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or banking operations (preferably in trade finance).
  • Good understanding of banking procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with bankers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the commodity trading industry will be an added advantage.
