Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

  • Transport staff to and from the clinic, hostel, warehouse, and other designated locations on a daily basis.
  • Occasionally assist in transporting company drivers or vehicles to workshops for maintenance or repair.
  • Ensure the company van is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition at all times.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc transport or delivery tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

  • Possess a valid Class D / GDL driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably as a company or personal driver.
  • Familiar with local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Responsible, punctual and safety conscious.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Physically fit and able to perform minor vehicle checks and maintenance.
