RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist HSR in planning, product development, tender implementation and construction until completion with CCC
  • Preparation of feasibility study during pre-development stage.
  • Checking all submission drawings (prior to submission) to ensure drawings and specifications produced as intended.
  • Liaise with Marketing Department and the architect to ensure drawings produced as intended for Sale and Purchase Agreement.
  • Coordinating tender exercise including ensuring tender drawings and documents are in accordance to conditions of contract and specifications.
  • Preparation of tender evaluation report and Implementation of project quality plan.
  • Preparation of certification of payment for consultant's professional fee, contractor's progress claim and variation orders.
  • Monitoring of architect's Certification of Stage Completion.
  • Preparation of periodical Development Progress Report including updating of regular authorities' approval checklist.
  • Monitoring the tender and contract documentation record (including coordination of drawings, tender / contract building, Contractors' All Risks (CAR) / Workmen compensation insurances, performance bonds, etc).
  • Checking of data in the project final account before final review by the HSR.
  • Monitoring the handing over of vacant possession and defects rectification status.
  • Effectively manages cross-functional communications, anticipates and resolves issues, ensures documentation of key team / asset information and decisions.
  • To assist in the process and procedure of getting statutory approvals (eg. planning, building, land matters, CCC, developer's license, advertisement permit etc),
  • To assist in the development of layout plans and design drawings in terms of providing input on statutory requirement.
  • To monitor and track the status of all submission files at relevant authorities.
  • Obtaining technical comments and updating the status of authorities' approval.
  • Liaison with government authorities and other relevant bodies to ensure statutory approvals are obtained in accordance with target dates in the approved master implementation program.
  • To maintain good rapport with relevant authorities to ensure that potential problems can be easily identifies and resolved smoothly.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and auditing of consultants works to ensure all the submission documents are in compliance with the authorities' requirement.
  • Checking and updating on the current authorities' process, procedure and statutory requirements of submission from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree/Professional Qualification in Architecture/Town Planning/Engineering/Building or equivalent.

  2. Minimum 10 years working experiences in building industry especially in process, procedure and requirement in getting statutory for development projects

  3. Knowledge of project quality plan

  4. Leadership and good interpersonal skills

  5. Good rapport and able to liaise with related government authorities
