Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries).
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, and petty cash.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, reports, and audit schedules.
- Maintain employee records, leave, and attendance.
- Support payroll and HR-related matters.
- Manage office admin (utilities, stationery, filing, records).
- Ensure confidentiality and provide support to management.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office.
