HR Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource support services including but not limited to payroll, benefits, leave, employee experience and performance management;
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and manager but escalate complex and/or sensitive matters to the Higher level.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and assistance for HRMS support.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Executes daily functions following the established policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Manages employee on boarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders on the program.
- Participates actively in the yearly HR initiatives and any projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Possess strong payroll administration background especially in the beauty/retail/fmcg industry
- Resourceful, creative, tech savvy and with an inquisitive mind;
- Eye for detail and good follow through skills;
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Malay is a must.
- Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff;
