Job Responsibilities: -

  • Management and prompt commencement of legal action for delinquent accounts as per legal strategy and turnaround time established.
  • Monitoring compliance of lawyers on service level agreement, turnaround time and service quality.
  • Ensuring timely issuance of instructions of legal actions to lawyers and system maintenance forms are correctly raised in respect to each legal situation attended.
  • Ensuring bills processing turnaround time are met and adherence to legal fees established.
  • Ensuring compliance of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Financial Services Act (FSA), BNM Islamic Financial Services Act (IFSA) guidelines, Fair Debt practice, Anti Money Laundering Act , Collections Operation Manual and speedy closure of audit actionable within given deadline.
  • Ensuring borrowers' complaints are placed on priority for closure.
  • Ensure timely delivery and factual correctness of any assignment(s), reports, MIS etc. assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

  • Minimum Degree in any field.
  • Candidate with related working experience in banking/finance/legal will have added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong customer service culture, effective problem solving & possess good judgment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
