Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate Daily Catering Operations : Plan, schedule, and monitor catering orders from various outlets, events, and clients to ensure timely preparation, dispatch, and delivery. Liaise with kitchen, logistics, and on-site teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of catering activities.
  • Order and Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain catering orders, delivery notes, invoices, and related documents accurately. Ensure proper filing, tracking, and record-keeping of all catering jobs, orders, and client communications.
  • Client and Internal Communication: Serve as the main contact point for clients regarding catering inquiries, quotations, and confirmations. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and operations team regarding client requirements, menu changes, or special requests.
  • Administrative Support and Reporting: Assist in daily administrative tasks including data entry, inventory monitoring, and staff attendance records. Prepare periodic reports such as order summaries, delivery performance, and event feedback for management review.
  • Quality and Service Coordination: Monitor service quality, food handling, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with company SOPs and client satisfaction. Support in resolving any service or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support in Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assist in planning large-scale catering events, festive projects, and company functions. Provide input for improving administrative efficiency, coordination workflow, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in catering, food service, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills (able to liaise with kitchen and clients effectively).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SQL systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple orders or events simultaneously.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
