Client Services Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a portfolio or corporate clients, this position will be the first point of contact and support to the client via emails or calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required.
  • Maintenance of Client database, including data entry and uploads
  • Client implementation and system setups
  • Generate and prepare monthly/ ad-hoc Client reporting.
  • Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
  • Other administrative tasks including but not limited to member card preparation, documentation, filing etc.
  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with prior experience with healthcare insurance provider will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for customer service and a good team player
