Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and interviews to onboarding, while building talent pipelines and supporting workforce planning and succession initiatives.

  • Assist in the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, fostering engagement, communication, and employee satisfaction.

  • Provide professional HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, employment legislation, and employee relations to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.

  • Coordinate performance management processes, support managers in coaching and feedback discussions, and drive learning and development initiatives, including HRDF claims.

  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, leave management, insurance, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)

  • Maintain accurate HR records, update HRIS data, prepare HR reports, and utilize HR metrics to support insights, decision-making, and process improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall HR service quality.

  • Supervise and oversee office administration including vendor management, procurement, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and employee relations.

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
