Kini kami mencari seorang Admin Executive yang rajin, teliti, dan bersemangat untuk sertai pasukan kami
Tugas & Tanggungjawab Utama:
- Mengurus operasi harian pejabat dan fail pelanggan.
- Bantu pelanggan urus tuntutan takaful (claim) dengan syarikat.
- Pantau pembayaran sumbangan pelanggan dan buat follow up bila perlu.
- Beri bantuan & khidmat pelanggan untuk urusan sijil takaful.
- Menyediakan laporan dan sokongan kepada team jualan dan pengurusan.
- Hubungi HQ atau wakil syarikat untuk semakan maklumat pelanggan.
- Membantu agent menyediakan data untuk tujuan pemantauan prestasi jualan.
Minimum SPM (dengan Pengalaman) atau Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan (Pentadbiran / Kewangan / Perakaunan).
- Berpengalaman sebagai admin, kerani atau customer service adalah kelebihan.
- Mahir guna komputer (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Rajin, amanah, dan pandai berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan.
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan ikut timeline tugasan.
