About the role

As the Body & Paint Claim Advisor at PROTON AG AUTOWORLD SDN BHD', you will be responsible for handling and processing vehicle body and paint-related insurance claims. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru District, Johor, and will involve working closely with customers, insurance providers, and the company's technical team to ensure efficient and satisfactory claim resolutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate estimates for repair costs
  2. Liaising with customers and insurance companies to gather required documentation and process claims
  3. Coordinating with the in-house technical team to manage the repair process and ensure quality workmanship
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  5. Monitoring claim status and ensuring timely completion of repairs
  6. Maintaining detailed records and reports of all claim-related activities

What we're looking for

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is a plus
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduated are welcomed
  4. Basic technical knowledge of vehicle body and paint repair procedures and industry standards
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, insurers, and internal teams
  6. Proficient in documenting and reporting claim-related information accurately
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
  8. Familiarity with relevant automotive insurance and repair regulations
