Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and explain mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories) to customers.
  • Deliver a premium in-store experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Support and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock availability
  • Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and technologies.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for mobile technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
