Your Mission
To provide clinical leadership by implementing, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of safe, high-standard patient care across all clinical departments.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop Nursing Teams – Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, and performance appraisals across all clinical areas including OT, Daycare, Clinic, and Infection Control.
- Set & Uphold Clinical Standards – Develop, implement, and monitor clinical SOPs, ensuring full compliance and continuous improvement in nursing practice.
- Drive Training & Development – Identify training needs and facilitate continuous nursing education to enhance team competency and professional growth.
- Ensure Patient Safety & Quality Care – Lead infection control initiatives, manage clinical equipment and inventory, and oversee the 8R principles in drug administration.
- Oversee Daily Clinical Operations – Ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments, prepare for inspections/accreditations, and manage incident reporting.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence – Mentor, supervise, and inspire nursing staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Who We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing with minimum 10 years of experience, including nursing supervision/management.
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and holding a valid APC.
- Post-Basic in Eye/Perioperative Nursing is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in clinical SOP development, infection control, and team leadership.
- Computer literate, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, reliable attitude.
- Certified in Basic Life Support and familiar with Code Blue & fire safety procedures.
