Sales/HR/Admin/Purchasing Internship

Sales Department
- Open DO/Invoice as per customer order
- Follow up with the customer on the outstanding PO
- Follow up with the vendor on part deliveries
- Follow up on quotation sent to customer, status update
- Updating the DO and invoice tracking list and updating the PO Status
- Work closely with onsite personnel to get accurate billings(monthly)
- Prepare quotation /DO for all cleaning parts as per the customer's order.
Human Resource Department
- Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
- Screening resumes and application forms
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Attend to matters related to workers' well-being, grievances and disciplinary issues
