Corporate Secretarial Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial duties including Company incorporations, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for Corporate Secretarial.
- Ensuring compliance in accordance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns
- Perform and maintain for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and compliance with the requirements.
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters such as keep track and proper filling of confidential documents.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial field
- Diploma or Degree in corporate secretarial or relevant qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
