Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client business goals, staffing needs, and project timelines to deliver effective talent solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, client meetings, and performance updates.

Business Growth & Account Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Work with leadership to develop account growth strategies and revenue plans.
  • Support proposal creation, rate negotiations, and contract renewals.

Delivery Coordination

  • Partner closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Track open positions, pipeline, and placements while ensuring service-level commitments are met.
  • Manage escalations and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Market & Industry Insight

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business environments.
  • Provide insights to enhance staffing solutions and improve client satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate account documentation, activity logs, and reports in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific and company policies, procedures, and SLAs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    6–8 years in
    client/account management
    within the
    staff augmentation, staffing, or consulting
    industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and achieving business growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT and/or Non-IT staffing processes, recruitment lifecycle, and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
