About the role

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Crystal Report Developer to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Crystal Report Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customised reports that provide critical business insights to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and design complex Crystal Reports based on client requirements
  2. Integrate Crystal Reports with various data sources, including databases, Excel files, and other business applications
  3. Optimise report performance and ensure data accuracy
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
  5. Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Crystal Reports
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Crystal Reports features and functionalities to enhance reporting capabilities
  7. Participate in the implementation and deployment of reporting solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Maintaining and developing of existing / new reports in our Loan & Leasing system using Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Report.
  2. Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting.
  3. Analysing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders.
  4. Utilize data-gathering and modelling strategies to provide an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting.
  5. Designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization.
  6. Work across business lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirement and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools.
  7. Reporting maintenance – handle incidents and change requests together with system suppliers' consultants

    Perform system or application testing and performance enhancement.
