About the role

As a Payroll Executive at DYNAMIC GUARDFORCE SDN. BHD.', you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the company's employees in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is vital in maintaining the company's financial operations and providing exceptional support to our valued workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing for all employees in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and ensure accuracy before salary disbursement.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) on time.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and assist in audits when required.
  • Support HR administration tasks and other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a large workforce environment.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
