Job Requirements:

  • Female.
  • Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant, or SPM qualification with relevant clinical experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care to patients and residents according to the care plan outlined by the doctor.
  • Monitor and accurately record patients' conditions.
  • Assist in handling and investigating any complaints from patients or family members.
  • Maintain excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including patient registration, phone calls, emails, photocopying, and other related tasks.
