THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.
THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelinesTrack Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policiesProcess claims to ensure compliance as per Company policiesWork with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activitiesAssume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as requiredPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Good spoken and written in English 2 - 4 years of related working experience is an added advantageA team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervisionHigh levels of proficiency in excelProactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skillsAssertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skillsACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.LOCATION:
