Job Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and facial treatments safely and professionally according to clinic SOP.
• Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures (e.g. laser, injection, RF treatments).
• Provide skin analysis, pre- and post-treatment consultation for clients.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Record and update treatment details accurately in the system.
• Educate and recommend suitable packages or add-on treatments to clients (no hard selling).
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Support clinic events, social media content and marketing activities when needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
• Pleasant, well-groomed, friendly and professional personality.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay.
• Passionate in beauty and customer care, willing to learn new skills.
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays (replacement off-days provided).
