Job Description

  • Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the packing and delivery team for dispatch.
  • Maintain an organized record of daily sales, inquiries, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Handle after-sales service, including returns, exchanges, and feedback.
  • Support online marketing and promotional campaigns to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Keep track of inventory and update customers when new stock or collections arrive.
  • Ensure a consistent brand tone and positive customer experience.

Job Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in retail, online sales, or customer service (especially via WhatsApp).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good knowledge of fashion trends and styling (for boutique businesses).
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp Business tools, social media platforms, and basic record-keeping (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
