Merchandising Executive (Gifting) – MaGift

Lokasi: Seksyen 13, Shah Alam (On-site)

Gaji: RM2,500 – RM3,500 + allowance + bonus

MaGift sedang mencari calon yang berminat dalam dunia gifting, merchandise, dan produk custom untuk menyertai team Product Development & Merchandising.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Sourcing & Produk Baru

  • Cari idea produk baru.
  • Hubungi supplier, minta quotation & sampel.
  • Bandingkan harga, MOQ & masa siap.

2. Merchandising & Bundling

  • Pilih SKU yang sesuai untuk corporate / bulk / retail.
  • Susun harga & cadang bundle menarik.

3. Artwork & Packaging

  • Coordinate dengan team design untuk artwork/dieline.
  • Pastikan produk siap untuk masuk produksi.

4. Koordinasi & Dokumentasi

  • Update senarai SKU, harga, vendor & lead time.
  • Sediakan info lengkap sebelum launch kepada team Ops dan Sales.
  • Pantau sample, approval, kualiti & timeline.

Kelayakan

  • 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam merchandising / sourcing / product development / purchasing / e-commerce ATAU fresh graduate yang ada project management skills semasa belajar.
  • Basic negotiation dengan supplier.
  • Mahir guna Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Kemas, organized dan boleh communicate dengan baik.

Bonus (tidak wajib):

  • Boleh buat mockup basic guna Canva/AI/Photoshop.
