Tanggungjawab:

  • Membantu dalam penyenggaraan keseluruhan bangunan dan menjalankan pemeriksaan berkala / pemeriksaan penyelenggaraan pencegahan yg dijadualkan pada semua sistem M & E dan harta awam bangunan (Perumahan / Komersial) cth. sistem pam, sistem pam bah, sistem pemadam kebakaran, sistem kolam renang, lampu, lif, paip awam, sistem pembetungan, penyaman udara dan lain-lain
  • Menyelesaikan masalah elektrik, mekanikal, kerja memasang paip dan masalah lain yang berkaitan dengan bangunan dengan pengawasan yang kurang.
  • Menyemak / menyelia penyelenggaraan dan perkhidmatan kontraktor pada bangunan.
  • Menerima aduan pemilik / penyewa berkaitan dengan kerosakan (semasa tempoh liabiliti kerosakan), harta awam dan kawasan awam bangunan.
  • Menjalankan tugas-tugas penyelenggaraan / kemudahan yang lain sebagaimana yang diberikan dari semasa ke semasa.

Syarat Kelayakan:-

  • Calon mesti mempunyai Sijil Elektrik / Pempaipan atau setara.
  • Calon dengan pengalaman kerja dalam M&E terutama dalam pengurusan bangunan (perumahan / komersial) akan diutamakan.
  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam lif, sistem pemadam kebakaran dan lain-lain akan menjadi satu kelebihan.
  • Boleh bekerja pada hujung minggu, cuti umum dan apabila diperlukan.
  • Matang, rajin, analytical, self-starter, teliti dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari dengan pengawasan yang kurang.
  • Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri.
