- Handle and input delivery notes, invoices, receipts, reports, and statements
- Coordinate packing and dispatch arrangements for outgoing shipments
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding bills
- Manage company documents and records, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing
- Handle general email correspondence
- Involve in e-commerce order processing and documentation
- Draft memos, correspondence, letters, and internal announcements
- Process and file staff claims
- Ensure adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies
- Provide support to department heads with daily operational tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
