  • Handle and input delivery notes, invoices, receipts, reports, and statements
  • Coordinate packing and dispatch arrangements for outgoing shipments
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding bills
  • Manage company documents and records, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing
  • Handle general email correspondence
  • Involve in e-commerce order processing and documentation
  • Draft memos, correspondence, letters, and internal announcements
  • Process and file staff claims
  • Ensure adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies
  • Provide support to department heads with daily operational tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
