We are seeking anexperienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at CHINA NATIONAL BUILDING MATERIAL GROUP FZE in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations.

What You'll Be Doing 您的工作内容
  • Manage the company's accounting books and documents.

    管理公司的会计账簿和文件
  • Check and reconcile customer debts on a monthly basis.

    每月检查并核对客户欠款
  • Issue invoices; inspect and summarize input and output invoices monthly.

    开具发票;每月审核并汇总进项和销项发票
  • Execute company transfers, payments, and settlement of expenses.

    执行公司转账、付款和费用结算
  • Liaise with banks regarding account-related matters, subsidiary ledgers, and monthly statements.

    与银行沟通账户、分户账及月度对账单事宜
  • Perform other administrative office tasks as required by superiors.

    根据上级指示完成其他办公室行政任务
  • Maintain accounting records, such as daily bank journal entries, and ensure accurate recording of income and expenses. Prepare monthly financial reports.

    维护会计记录,如每日银行流水账目,确保收入与支出记录准确无误,并编制月度财务报表。
  • Assist in liaising with auditors, customer, suppliers, bankers, tax agents and other service providers.

    协助与审计师、客户、供应商、银行、税务代理及其他服务机构进行联络与沟通。
  • Prepare and submit monthly SST (Sales and Service Tax) accounts

    编制并提交每月销售与服务税(SST)账目。
What We're Looking For 我们的需求
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field

    会计或相关专业学历
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role

    至少3年相关会计或簿记工作经验
  • Proficient in Chinese; knowledge of English is an advantage. Need to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients & Stakeholders

    精通中文;懂英语者优先。需与讲华语的客户及相关方进行沟通。
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

    熟悉会计原理、实务与流程
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
