We are actively seeking skilled and passionate Senior Finance Executive to enhance the operation of TAGS Chiropractic & Rehabilitation throughout Malaysia. You will be based in Menara PGRM 2, Cheras (HQ).

Job Descriptions :
- To coordinate all entities receive and process of invoices, expense forms and request for payment. Balances entries and makes necessary corrections.
- Manage online payment and approval processes, coordinate funds transfer and issuance cheque if necessary.
- Manage group cash flow and reconcile bank accounts to ensure sufficient allocation of funds at respective entities.
- To deal with daily transaction for petty cash and ensure that reconciliation are completed.
- Stock control/ Stock take. Prepare ageing report.
- Prepare monthly payment batches and cheque if any.
- Prepare internal debit note.
- Reconcile bank account, update cash position and monitor entities cash flow.
- Handle administrative ledger, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and notes to accounts.
- Review monthly receivables and payables and tabulate ageing report.
- Preparing monthly financial reports/management accounts on timely basis.
- To address queries from corporate finance, auditor, tax agent etc. Perform adhoc reports and details if necessary.
- Participate in group reporting and compliance process with holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Mentoring other finance staff and new recruits when needed
- Ready to take responsibilities in doing task together with staffs from other departments as part of the multitasking policy of the Company.
- To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job requirements :
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, LCCI or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in the related field may be beneficial for this position.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experienced with AutoCount, MFRS 16 will be an added advantage.
- Results oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player and good interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind.
