Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable Clerk

* Process AR and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

* Prepare, process and issue credit notes in accordance with company policies.

* Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.

* Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.

* Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and accounted for.

* Identify and resolve discrepancies or billing issues with customers.

* Facilitate timely payment collection through regular follow ups with customers.

* Generate financial statements and reports detailing the status of accounts receivable.

* Assist in month end closing and reporting activities.

* Maintain accurate and up to date records of all customer accounts.

* Support the finance team in audit preparation and documentation as required

* Assist with audits: Provide necessary data and documentation to internal and external auditors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
