As a Senior Executive - Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, leading the charge in executing exciting marketing communications campaigns. Your strategic mindset and creativity will play a key role in shaping and driving initiatives that directly contribute to our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, promotions, and brand initiatives designed to enhance visibility and attract new customers.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop compelling marketing messages, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Support digital advertising initiatives on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, optimising campaigns to maximise performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance, delivering high-impact results across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Assist in budget and resource management, working closely with leadership to ensure cost-effective execution and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with other departments to integrate digital marketing strategies with broader marketing plans, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to customer engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or an equivalent qualification in the related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing and communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, business partners, and internal teams across all levels.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven campaigns.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Working Location: Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
