We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee full turnkey telecommunication infrastructure projects — including lampoles, smartpoles, and telco structures — for major mobile network operators (MNOs) such as Maxis, CelcomDigi, U Mobile, DNB, and others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial site acquisition (SAQ) and permitting, through design and construction (CME – Civil, Mechanical & Electrical), power connection, testing, and final handover to the client.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee SAQ (Site Acquisition) and permitting processes with local authorities and landowners.
  • Lead and deliver full turnkey telco infrastructure projects, including site acquisition (SAQ), permitting, CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), and power connection.
  • Coordinate with clients (MNOs and towercos), consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Drive project planning, costing, scheduling, and cost control, ensuring targets are met.
  • Supervise site activities to maintain compliance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Liaise with local councils, utility providers, and authorities for permits and approvals.
  • Prepare progress reports and ensure smooth handover and acceptance by clients.
  • Travel to project sites across Malaysia as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Telecommunications) or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years' experience in telecommunication infrastructure project management, preferably with an NFP-licensed company.
  • Proven success managing turnkey projects from SAQ to commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of telco infrastructure standards and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently within Malaysia.
